Health and Safety is entrenched into everypart of our operations. As a foundation, we use our ISO 9001 UKAS accredited Quality Management System as a framework for our operations. We then use industry specific systems for the rigorous SHEQ requirements to further enhance the already strong QMS framework. This formula delivers a robust system for our Clients in any sector where safety is critical.
These systems are externally audited on a regular basis ensuring robustness and continuous improvement. We also take into account Client SHEQ notices and Industry Publications and Bulletins received through various sources including input from our dedicated external SHEQ specialised team. Notices are processed and briefed regularly to our Workers depending on relevance.
Client requirements are at the forefront when considering candidate selection to ensure that training and competency levels are in line with the services required. We monitor working hours to be aware of any Fatigue Index related issues and have Procedures in place to ensure its safe implementation.
Internal Database bespoke systems ensure that Worker Training and Administration is monitored and flagged for expiry dates in good time. Resource Managers keep in close contact with the Client and the Workforce to make sure systems are adhered to as well as to reinforce safety standards.
